Maple Brown Ale
This is a less traditional take on my original Brown Ale recipe, slightly tweaked with the addition of maple syrup at flame out. The often overlooked brown malt really gives this beer a great British flavor and the maple imparts a new world after taste and sweet odor without overpowering the dry malt background.
