All Grain Brewing
All grain brewing is not scary! There, I said it. Seriously, it is much easier than most brewers, store owners or book authors will tell you. That doesn't mean you should jump into it without any background knowledge, if you do, you could end up spending a lot of extra money on a hobby you don't understand, enjoy or get a good end product from.
So, here's my solution, spend an hour or two bolstering your knowledge here and if you're up for the fairly insubstantial challenge grab the gear you need, maybe even a great book on brewing and get going!
