Brewing with Cider

For every beer lover there is a cider lover looking for something as equally refreshing and fun to drink, make or share. Much like brewing mead, cider requires far less equipment than making beer and no boiling either. The best ciders are made with fresh pressed juice from local apples but anyone can make cider from a quality juice, as long as there are no preservatives in it.
